Aptistry.com will "NOT BE LIABLE" for any wrong, mis-communication between parties, uninformative listing or ad, user manipulation, criminal activity, fraud or scams and or any abuse of the registered user to hurt or damage "Aptistry.com" reputation or any business activity.

"NOTE"

Aptistry.com has no control over, and "assumes no responsibility" for, the content, privacy policies,  or practices of any third party web sites, services or user's. You the "registered user"  further ACKNOWLEDGE and AGREE "that" Aptistry.com "WILL" not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Aptistry.com and its employees reserve "ALL" rights, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 14 days' notice prior too any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Aptistry.com takes no claim, and "WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE", or accept any damages caused by your own deligence or wrong doing.
